Our Company is well-positioned to continue pursuing optimization in the Deep Basin, participate in the consolidation of the Deep Basin fairway, and grow and develop its Duvernay asset by leveraging our balance sheet and free funds flow. We are publicly traded on the TSX under the symbol "SDE".
This role is primarily responsible for providing administrative support to the Land department in both day-to-day responsibilities and project work. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Calgary.
The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. If you're passionate about working in land administration, possess excellent organizational skills, and are proficient with Microsoft Office applications, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
Key responsibilities include:
- Tracking and administering mineral lease expiries and continuations in accordance with internal process as well as Crown regulations, IOGC regulations, and Freehold administration;
- Managing continuations, notices, land sale bids, posting requests, and Freehold mineral tax within the Alberta Electronic Transfer System;
- Data entry and data integrity projects in CS Explorer;
- Maintaining daily administrative duties, including digital filing and document preparation;
To excel in this role, you will require:
- A Completion of a Land Administration Certificate or Diploma from an accredited institution would be considered an asset;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications;
