We are seeking a skilled and physically fit individual to join our team as a Framer Helper at D&D Framing Inc.
Job SummaryThis is a permanent, full-time position that involves working outdoors in various locations, including construction sites and other work environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs, as well as performing other tasks related to construction and site maintenance.
Key Responsibilities- Load, unload, and transport construction materials
- Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
- Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
- Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
- Level earth to fine grade specifications
- Pave and rake asphalt
- Assist in demolishing buildings
- Clean and pile salvaged materials
- Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
- Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to handle heavy loads. The work site environment includes working outdoors, at heights, in confined spaces, and in dusty conditions.
Requirements- Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
