We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Site Cleanliness Coordinator to join our team at SPIKE ON SITE SOLUTIONS. As a key member of our cleaning services team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our workers to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service.

About the Job

This is a full-time position requiring 30 to 35 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively;
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards for cleanliness and safety;
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and excellent customer service;
  • Establish work schedules and manage employee attendance and performance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
  • At least 7 months of experience in a related field, preferably in cleaning or facilities management;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • A permanent employment arrangement;
  • Proficiency in English language.
Compensation and Benefits
