We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Operations Manager to join our team at M S B TRADING LTD. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring that we meet our goals and objectives.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are ever the same. You will be responsible for managing staff, supervising daily operations, and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Oversee daily operations, including planning, organizing, and controlling tasks
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies
  • Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
  • Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of MS Outlook and other computer software
