About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Logging Equipment Operator to join our team at Bester Forest Products Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for sorting, piling, and transporting wood products in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate logging equipment to sort and transport wood products
  • Ensure accurate and efficient sorting and piling of wood products
  • Assist other logging workers as needed to meet production targets
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work areas
Work Environment

As a Logging Equipment Operator, you will work in a noisy, hot, and cold/refrigerated environment. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.

Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets
  • Initiative and efficient interpersonal skills
