We are a dynamic and innovative company seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our network infrastructure.

Job Summary

We are looking to fill the role of Technical Support Engineer to work primarily a 4pm-1am shift. This position involves providing technical support for our clients, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to network, security, cloud, and voice systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot & Resolve Issues: Work on trouble tickets to identify and resolve client network, security, cloud, and voice related issues in a timely manner.
  • Moves/Add/Changes: Perform moves, adds, and changes for Client phone systems, network devices, VMware, AWS, or Azure.
  • Software Support: Provide support for Windows servers, PCs, and laptops, as well as loading software.
  • Monitoring & Security Alerts: Respond to monitoring and security alerts according to standard processes.
  • System Updates: Execute software updates to network devices and systems.
  • Escalation & Collaboration: Escalate issues and partner with the Engineering team for network & system infrastructure support.
