We are looking for a Registered Dietitian/Nutrition Part Time to join our team at Old Colony Elder Services, Inc. As a member of our Nutrition Department team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the nutritional integrity of our Meals on Wheels program.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will have a solid understanding of meal service health and safety requirements, as well as two years of experience in nutrition services. They will also possess excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing nutrition education programs in partnership with our Healthy Living staff
- Providing information to home-bound consumers and conducting OCES staff training as needed
- Collaborating with Program Supervisors and Meal Site Managers to plan and organize special meal programs
- Attending and participating in network and statewide meetings
