Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infrastructure Management Lead Hand to join our team at Ferrovial.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Maintain contracted assets such as roadways, signs, guardrails, fences, bridges, tunnels, and vegetation, adhering to standards and contract conditions.
  • Perform winter and summer season tasks, including snow removal, sanding, surface and right-of-way maintenance, and repair of highway and other surfaces.
  • Operate vehicles and equipment for surface and right-of-way maintenance and repair.
  • Conduct traffic control setup and removal, transport crew and equipment to work sites, and participate in emergency response rotations.
  • Supervise and inspect daily work completed by Operators, verify work accuracy, and ensure timely submission of time sheets.
  • Report incidents, equipment damage, and contribute to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
  • Adhere to Company policies and procedures.


Requirements:



  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid DZ (minimum) Driver's License with a good driving record.
  • Minimum three years of related work experience in construction, road maintenance, or commercial/industrial repair.
  • Prior MTO experience is highly preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Excel, Word, and other software applications.
  • Successful completion of training in traffic control methods, first aid, and transportation of dangerous goods.


Work Conditions and Physical Demands:



  • Ability to think clearly and focus on safety in dynamic surroundings.
  • Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Lead by example, encourage coworkers to use PPE, and enforce safety rules.
