Engineering Design and Drafting Technology Instructor

Saskatchewan Polytechnic is seeking a qualified instructor to teach in the Engineering Design and Drafting Technology program. The successful candidate will have experience in computer-aided drafting, building information modeling, and project management.
Key Responsibilities- Teach courses in Engineering Design and Drafting Technology, including AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
- Develop and deliver curriculum to meet the needs of students and industry.
- Manage classroom and lab activities to ensure an optimal learning environment.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with industry and educational requirements.
- Related degree or diploma in Engineering Design and Drafting Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Member of or eligible for certification with APEGS as a P.Eng. or with TPS as an A.Sc.T.
- Two years' recent/relevant Building Information Modeling (BIM) or related experience.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
