Engineering Design and Drafting Technology Instructor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Casual Instructor to join our team at Saskatchewan Polytechnic. As a Casual Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in our Engineering Design and Drafting Technology program.
Key Responsibilities:- Teach and assess students in multiple areas of Engineering Design and Drafting Technology, including AutoCAD, Revit, and other computer-aided drafting software.
- Develop and deliver curriculum to meet the needs of our students and industry partners.
- Manage classroom and lab activities to ensure an optimal learning environment.
- Collaborate with program head and colleagues to achieve program goals and objectives.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with industry and educational requirements.
- Related degree or diploma in Engineering Design and Drafting Technology or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Member of or eligible for certification with APEGS as a P.Eng. or with TPS as an A.Sc.
- Two years' recent/relevant Building Information Modeling (BIM) or related experience.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and instructional skills.
