We are seeking a certified Workday Payroll Lead Consultant to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. This is a remote role, allowing you to be based anywhere in Canada or the US.

Focused on delivering high-quality Workday US Payroll implementations, we have built a strong reputation for our expertise and commitment to excellence.

The ideal candidate will hold active Workday Payroll implementation certifications and possess consulting experience at a Workday partner implementing Workday US Payroll for clients. End-to-end configuration experience and expertise in Workday US Payroll are essential requirements.

Role - Workday Payroll Lead Consultant

Employer - leading boutique Workday implementation partner

Location - Canada or US

Working model - remote

Type - permanent, full time

Estimated Salary: up to $170k (US) or C$200k (Canada)

Project focus - lead Workday Payroll implementations for clients, including leading design sessions and end-to-end configuration.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Workday Payroll experience
  • Active Workday partner certifications (US Payroll preferred)
  • Consulting experience at a Workday partner
  • Experience leading Workday Payroll implementations
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills, including stakeholder management
