Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, following established recipes and presentation standards.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including cleaning equipment, utensils, and work areas.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they meet our high standards for cleanliness and quality.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
This is a temporary position, working 35 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
