About the Role

Groupe Park Avenue is seeking a highly skilled Product Specialist to join our team. As a Product Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience when purchasing a vehicle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet customers upon arrival at our dealership, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Inform customers about the specifications and features of our products, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze customer needs and preferences to provide personalized solutions.
  • Utilize technology and tools to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales directors to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Plan and conduct test drives, ensuring that customers have a comprehensive understanding of our products.
  • Represent our dealership at events, showcasing our products and technologies to customers and prospects.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and product launches, sharing knowledge with the sales and service teams.
  • Meet with customers during vehicle delivery, providing detailed explanations and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Perform other tasks as required by management.
