Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented General Labourer to join our team at Post Consumer Brands. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner, reporting any unsafe conditions to the immediate supervisor.
  • Apply chemicals for cleaning and sanitizing, operate floor cleaning equipment, work at heights, lift devices, remove waste, sweep, mop, and vacuum.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.
  • Move skids using a hand pump jack.
  • Assist with sack tipping, pouring ingredients into mixers, and making minor ingredient mixtures.
  • Utilize a scanner to track all mixes.
  • Prepare totes and perform duties requiring heavy lifting, walking, climbing, and height work.
  • Maintain the inventory of all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Monitor and maintain recycle, garbage, and food waste systems in the plant.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Production experience is an asset but not necessary.
  • Ability to apply basic mathematical skills.
