Executive Chef

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Longlac Pizzeria & Steakhouse. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our customers.

• Plan and prepare menus, estimating food requirements and requisitioning supplies as needed.
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes, ensuring presentation and quality meet our standards.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff, promoting a safe and efficient work environment.
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Manage inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring accurate tracking and ordering.
• Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Organize and execute buffets and banquets, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experience.

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and physical demands.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a client-focused approach.
• Flexibility, initiative, and reliability, with a strong work ethic.
