Join Our Team as a Technical Lead for Fullscript's Growth Engineering Division

At Fullscript, we're committed to making optimal care easy for everyone. Our care delivery platform enables health practitioners to design personalized health plans, provide support and education tools, and effortlessly prescribe and manage healthcare's best supplements. With over 90,000 practitioners on our platform, we're seeking a Technical Lead to help us scale across any size clinic or business.

About the Role

We're looking for a leader to impact the technical decision-making and architecture of our platform's future, specifically within the Enterprise healthcare domain. As the Technical Lead, you'll work with other technical leaders, product people, designers, and engineers to solve problems within a fast-growing platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage our RAILS-based e-commerce platform to design and deliver Enterprise-specific functionality.
  • Lead engineering initiatives that drive significant business impact, creating innovative user experiences.
  • Plan and architect projects, leading design discussions and decisions.
  • Help meet company goals while maintaining the technical health and security of our application.
  • Contribute to the code base and work alongside engineers to take projects over the finish line.
  • Collaborate with other Technical Leaders — product engineering, infrastructure, security, and more.
Requirements
  • Experience leading a full-stack software development team.
  • ~5+ years of experience in software development with a modern full-tech stack. Ruby, Rails, React, JavaScript, Graphql, and Apollo are preferred.
  • Experience with medical healthcare systems and Enterprise-level integrations within healthcare is considered an asset.
