Job Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse with ComForCare, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of client status, incorporating analysis of physical, psychosocial, and environmental parameters.
  • Developing individualized plans of care that reflect current scientific findings and client needs.
  • Providing interventions aimed at achieving realistic client outcomes and promoting overall well-being.
  • Maintaining accurate client records, documenting systematic assessments, planning interventions, and evaluations.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and efficient communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited school of professional nursing.
  • A valid current license as a Registered Nurse.
  • Ongoing CPR certification and adherence to safety and infection control practices.
  • Reliable transportation and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
