About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fashion Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing Sales: driving sales growth, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to increase revenue.
  • Providing Excellent Customer Service: ensuring a positive customer experience, resolving customer complaints, and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Inventory Management: overseeing inventory levels, managing stockroom operations, and implementing efficient inventory management systems.
  • Team Leadership: leading and motivating a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support, and promoting a positive work environment.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in a retail management role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong understanding of the fashion industry and ability to identify trends and customer needs
