Job Title: Housekeeping Room Attendant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Okanagan Seasons Resort.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure all rooms and common areas are clean and well-maintained, including sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Bed Making and Linen: Make beds and change sheets as needed, and distribute clean towels and toiletries to guests.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items to the front desk.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, and address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Housekeeping Operations: Participate in housekeeping operations, including cleaning changing rooms and showers, and picking up debris and emptying trash containers.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
