As an Auto Mobile Advisor, you'll play a key role in building relationships with clients and local dealerships to provide tailored insurance solutions.

The Opportunity

We're seeking a bright and outgoing individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As an Auto Mobile Advisor, you'll be responsible for:

  • Building relationships with clients, colleagues, and dealership representatives to grow your professional network.
  • Offering creative solutions using a diverse range of ICBC and private insurance products to meet clients' needs.
  • Processing a variety of auto insurance transactions, including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, and debt payments.
  • Developing new business opportunities through cross-selling and referrals to Personal & Commercial Lines.

What You'll Bring

  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated sales experience and drive.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes of transactions.
  • Weekend and evening availability.
  • Willingness to use your personal vehicle to travel to dealerships.
  • Willingness to obtain a Level 1 and 2 License.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary and commission structure. Our total compensation package includes extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses for some positions.
