Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Metal Locker Assembler to join our team at Apple Display Products Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and installing metal lockers and other furniture and fixture parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assembly and Installation: Assemble wooden or metal furniture and fixture parts to form subassemblies and complete articles.
  • Quality Control: Inspect furniture and fixture subassemblies and finished products for conformance to quality standards.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Make minor repairs to furniture and install locks.
  • Material Handling: Handle metal materials up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Environment: Noisy and confined spaces.
  • Physical Demands: Repetitive tasks, physically demanding, attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Personal Suitability: Organized, reliable, team player, and ability to work in a permanent position with 40 hours per week.

  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
