About the Role

The Digital Insights department at Brookfield Renewable is seeking a talented student to join our team for the Fall 2024 coop term. As a Digital Insights Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the team in delivering digital insights and data analytics services to our business platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support for our business applications from a data analytics perspective.
  • Analyze and resolve service calls using our ticket management tool.
  • Contribute to research, troubleshooting, development, and testing as required.
  • Collaborate with the team to document applications, operational procedures, changes, and interventions.
  • Support activity reporting efforts as needed.

Knowledge and Experience Required

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited post-secondary education program.
  • Completed at least one year of university or college studies in Computer Science, Programming, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A good understanding of formal change management and incident management processes.
  • Action-oriented and self-driven with strong communication skills.
  • Excellent work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or other data analytics tools is an asset.

Note: This role requires on-site work for a minimum of 4 days per week to collaborate effectively with the team.
