Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Sidi Capital Inc.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and excellent customer service are provided to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients.
  • Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including inventory management and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus and ensure that food is prepared to the highest standards.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet client demands.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Working Conditions:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction. The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is essential.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:

The Food Service Supervisor will work 30-40 hours per week, with flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
