Job Title: Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at OBN Security. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and maintain the security of our clients' premises, identifying and mitigating potential security risks.
  • Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our clients and employees.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and secure work environment.
  • Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to ensure that security personnel are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of security incidents, including reporting and follow-up actions.
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their security needs and develop customized security solutions.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a security supervisory role.
  • Security Guard License.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
