Millwright II Technician

About the Role:
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join the Arterra Wines Canada team as a Millwright II. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining company assets to ensure business continuity and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment and building systems
- Work collaboratively with the production team to ensure efficient equipment operation and minimize downtime
- Conduct changeovers and setups as required to meet production schedules
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks and troubleshoot issues to identify areas for improvement
- Execute duties in a consistent manner with plant safety, sanitation standards, and quality assurance
- Complete documentation and inspections as required
Requirements:
- Industrial Mechanic / Millwright Trade Certification
- High school diploma
- Valid Red Seal certification preferred
- Bottling or plant manufacturing experience and asset
- Ability to work shifts, including days, afternoons, midnights, overtime, weekends, and holidays
- Motivated to take initiative and work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong work ethic
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new computer programs
