Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Gardener Helper to join our team at Les Cultures Tournesol inc. The successful candidate will assist in various gardening tasks, including weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants, as well as operating and maintaining landscape maintenance equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants
  • Cut grass
  • Lay sod or seed
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment
Work Environment

The work site environment is outdoors, with exposure to wet/damp, noisy, dusty, and hot conditions. The work setting includes landscape maintenance, park and recreation sites, and private residences.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma
  • Experience: Experience is an asset
  • Flexibility, reliability, and teamwork skills
Language and Work Term

The work language is French, and the work term is seasonal. The candidate must be legally able to work in Canada and reside in proximity to the advertised location.

Working Conditions and Physical Capabilities

The job requires physical demands, including bending, crouching, and kneeling. The candidate must be able to work in a physically demanding environment.
