Café Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Café Manager to join our team at Ninetails Coffee. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our café, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Evaluate daily operations, monitor revenues, and plan and organize daily activities to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain high standards of customer service and quality.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints, ensure health and safety regulations are followed, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, negotiate arrangements with suppliers, and ensure efficient stock management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, team player, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Gratuities: Competitive salary and benefits package.
- Other Benefits: Permanent employment, 30 to 40 hours per week, and English as the primary language of work.
