Job Title: MES Consultant - Manufacturing Execution Systems

Maya HTT is a world-leading software developer and engineering solutions provider focused on CAE, CAD, CAM, and PLM. We are seeking an experienced MES Consultant to join our team and contribute to our continued growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, optimize, and support manufacturing execution systems for our customers.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives by leveraging expertise in MES to ensure seamless integration between systems and facilitate real-time data analytics.
  • Lead the deployment and configuration of Siemens Opcenter solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Facilitate the integration of Opcenter with existing ERP, PLC, PLM, and other enterprise systems to ensure cohesive operation across the manufacturing ecosystem.
  • Analyze system performance and provide recommendations for improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, and streamline operations.
  • Offer expert support for system issues, working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve technical problems and minimize disruptions.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure effective use of Opcenter.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures to support ongoing maintenance and compliance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or MES certification.
  • Experience with an MES is required, with a focus on manufacturing of discrete industries.
  • Experience interfacing MES with PLC systems is required.
  • Relevant programming language skills.
  • Knowledge of Siemens Opcenter modules is an asset.
  • Experience with related technologies such as PLM, SCADA systems, and ERP integration is an asset.
