About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled MES Consultant to join our team at Maya HTT. As an MES Consultant, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of our customers' manufacturing execution systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the deployment and configuration of Siemens Opcenter solutions to ensure alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Facilitate the integration of Opcenter with existing ERP, PLC, PLM, and other enterprise systems to ensure cohesive operation across the manufacturing ecosystem.
  • Analyze system performance and provide recommendations for improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, and streamline operations.
  • Offer expert support for system issues, working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve technical problems and minimize disruptions.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure effective use of Opcenter.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures to support ongoing maintenance and compliance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or MES certification.
  • Experience with an MES is required, with a focus on manufacturing of discrete industries.
  • Experience interfacing MES with PLC systems is required.
  • Relevant programming language skills, such as C#, Java, C++, VBA/VBScript, or Python.
  • Knowledge of Siemens Opcenter modules is an asset.
  • Experience with related technologies, such as PLM, SCADA systems, and ERP integration, is an asset.
