Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Equipment Operator I to join our team at ICU Medical. As an Equipment Operator I, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of simple automated assembly machines. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the continued operation of assembly machines through interpretation of and appropriate response to machine faults and through infrequent alignment of stations and fixtures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate assembly machines to produce high-quality medical devices
  • Interpret machine faults and take corrective action to prevent downtime
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure machine efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues
  • Meet production targets and quality standards

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to read and understand procedures and instructions
  • Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Ability to work in a clean room environment

Working Conditions:

  • Work in a clean room environment with minimal distractions
  • Use solvents, glue, or solder as needed
  • Perform visual inspections with and without magnification tools
