Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Pastry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for planning and directing food preparation and cooking activities in multiple restaurants.
Responsibilities:
* Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities to ensure high-quality dishes are served to our customers.
* Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs to maintain a well-maintained kitchen environment.
* Collaborate with our culinary team to develop menus that meet our quality standards.
* Work in a fast-paced environment, making decisions under pressure to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
* Maintain a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday.
Requirements:
* No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Organized and able to work under pressure.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to work in a team environment.
* English language proficiency.
