Job Description
  • As a Financial Accountant Assistant, you will be responsible for calculating and preparing cheques for payroll, fixed assets, and depreciation.
  • You will maintain financial records, establish, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Additionally, you will keep general ledgers and financial statements up-to-date, post journal entries, and prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
  • Other responsibilities include reconciling accounts, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely completion of tasks under pressure.
Requirements
  • Education: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: Less than 7 months of experience in a similar role is preferred.
Skills and Qualifications
  • A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills are essential for this position.
  • You should be able to work accurately under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with manual and computerized bookkeeping systems is necessary.
