Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Travel Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, manage contracts, and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in the tourism industry and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Direct and control daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of travel plans.
Evaluate daily operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies, promoting the company's brand.
Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing prompt and effective solutions.
Provide travel information to clients, recommending destinations, transportation options, and accommodation choices.
Requirements:
1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the tourism industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends.
