Job Title: Engagement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Engagement Manager to join our team at Travlink Employment Consulting and Travel Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading daily operations, evaluating performance, and establishing policies and procedures for staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and control daily operations to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies to promote our services
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide travel information to clients regarding destinations, transportation, accommodation options, and travel costs
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
