About the Role
Sinai Health is a leading academic health science centre with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care to patients. We are seeking a skilled Nurse Specialist to join our team at Mount Sinai Hospital.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent care to patients recovering from Reconstructive Orthopaedic, ENT, Oral Surgery, and Ophthalmology surgeries. Our team is passionate about delivering patient-centered care and we are looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a fast-paced inpatient surgical unit
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Contribute to a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and respect
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance nursing practice
Requirements
- Current certificate of registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Current BCLS
- BScN (preferred)
- CNA Certification in Medical Surgical or Orthopaedic Nursing (preferred)
