Job Summary

As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping operations and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our nursing home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to identify and address any issues or concerns.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to ensure optimal coverage and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and departmental policies to maintain a safe and healthy environment for residents and staff.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
