Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Application Portfolio strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with industry standards.
  • Lead the Technology Transformation planning process, driving business growth through strategic technology initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Domain Architects to establish an Enterprise Portfolio Roadmap, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Oversee the integration of cross-vendor technology platforms, driving simplification initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Establish and govern the Enterprise Architecture framework, ensuring alignment with business strategy and industry best practices.
  • Support the development of an application development framework, establishing an innovation and prototype framework to drive business innovation.
  • Mentor application developers, integration teams, and data specialists, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Develop and maintain an Application Portfolio Strategy, participating in the Architecture Review Board process to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Monitor emerging technologies to identify opportunities for competitive advantage, driving business growth through strategic technology investments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience as a Technology Architect, supporting Application Integration, Portfolio Management, and Enterprise Architecture.
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in Enterprise Platform deployment.
  • 4+ years of experience with Cloud architecture planning.
  • Experience in implementing Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF or equivalent).
  • Program management experience.
