About the Role


We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at The Toronto-Dominion Bank. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.


Job Summary


In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other channels. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively, while also proactively identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.


Key Responsibilities



  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with our customers by understanding their needs and preferences, and tailoring your approach to meet their individual requirements.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Products and Services: Stay current on our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing, to ensure that you can provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other team members to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer service and sales performance.

Requirements



  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
  • Sales and Marketing Experience: Have previous experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Product Knowledge: Have a solid understanding of our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
