We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at BC Cancer. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our cancer services.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and treat patients with undifferentiated diseases, illnesses, and conditions within the Nurse Practitioner's scope of practice.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Prescribe medications and order diagnostic investigations as needed.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Current registration as a Nurse Practitioner with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
- Eligibility to complete the Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) through the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
- Minimum of four (4) years of recent, relevant clinical nursing experience.
- A competitive salary range of $145,739 - $160,313/year.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage.

- A Nurse Practitioner Mentorship Program for experienced and new graduate NPs.
- Reimbursement for the cost of the Objective Structured Clinical Exam (OSCE).
