Food Service Manager

Chucks Roadhouse Bar and Grill is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Requisition Supplies: Order and manage the inventory of food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring they are trained in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality control standards.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Teamwork: Foster a positive and efficient team environment, promoting excellent communication and collaboration among staff.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
