As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities during the seasonal months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine water system checks, minor repairs, and meter readings to ensure optimal functionality.
- Conduct water testing in accordance with Manitoba Sustainable Development Office of Drinking Water and Environmental Health Authority guidelines.
- Order necessary supplies to maintain equipment and facilities.
- Provide regular reports to the Board of Directors.
- Utilize basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and power tools to address maintenance needs.
- Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of equipment owned by Grey Owl Estates.
- Maintain parks and common element areas within the community.
- Monitor road conditions and perform minor maintenance tasks, such as filling potholes.
- Be available for occasional weekend call-outs.
Requirements:
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- Have access to a vehicle.
- Purchase and maintain commercial general liability insurance (reimbursed by Grey Owl Estates).
- Be available to work weekdays and occasionally on weekends.
