We are seeking a motivated and career-driven individual to join our team as a Trainee - Insurance Advisor in Invermere, BC. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional client service and be eager to grow their skills in the insurance industry.

Compensation: The hourly rate for this role is $24.50 per hour, with an increase upon licensing and movement into the Insurance Advisor position. With a 30-hour work week, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately $12,240 per year (based on a 52-week schedule). Upon achieving your Level 1 Insurance license within 3 months, your earning potential will increase.

About the Role:

  • You will be at the forefront of client communication, answering questions and providing product information tailored to their needs.
  • As a member of our team, you will participate in hands-on training and support, turning client concerns into opportunities.

  • Promote and educate clients on insurance products
  • Anticipate and interpret client needs
  • Complete various insurance transactions
