Job Title: Building Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Sukhman Drywall Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of workers and oversee projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Manage the company's maintenance operations, including estimating costs and materials.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and recommend personnel actions as needed.
  • Read blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.

  • Organized and reliable with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
