We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Sukhman Drywall Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of maintenance workers and coordinate projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Estimate costs and materials for maintenance projects and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Train or arrange for training for maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage the maintenance budget and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Recommend personnel actions and provide feedback to maintenance staff.
  • Read blueprints and drawings to understand maintenance requirements and ensure that work is completed to a high standard.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a maintenance or supervisory role.
  • Permanent position with 40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Provide diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees.
