Responsabilités
  • Évaluer les exigences opérationnelles des RH et définir les besoins en ressources humaines
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes commerciales pour identifier les opportunités d'amélioration
  • Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des stratégies RH pour soutenir la croissance de l'entreprise
  • Évaluer et améliorer les processus RH pour garantir une expérience client exceptionnelle
Compétences requises
  • Expérience en ressources humaines et en gestion de projet
  • Compétences en analyse et en résolution de problèmes
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à communiquer efficacement
  • Connaissance des tendances et des meilleures pratiques en RH
