About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Cormack Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing the strategic delivery of digital marketing campaigns and customer experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute email and SMS campaigns for our clients using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Manage and build data within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including creating journeys, automations, segments, data extensions, and audiences
  • Ensure accurate and maintained lists, tagging, automation, and journeys throughout campaign duration
  • Conduct regular A/B testing to optimize delivery performance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Prepare and analyze weekly email and customer acquisition reporting for leadership
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing campaign management
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or demonstrated skill in MailChimp or other platforms)
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications (Email Specialist, Administrator, or Developer) are a plus
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality, targeted campaigns from setup to list segmentation, personalization, and automation
  • Knowledge of CAN-SPAM and CASL legislation is required
  • Comprehensive understanding of email marketing concepts and metrics
