The Job: Maintenance Worker
This role is critical to ensuring the safety and accessibility of our outdoor sports and recreation activity sites. As a Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining these sites, including operating maintenance equipment, building and cleaning sites, repairing trails, and replacing culverts as needed.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Maintain outdoor sports and recreation activity sites to ensure they are safe and accessible
- Update signage to reflect changes and improvements
- Operate heavy equipment such as tractors, excavators, and generators
- Repair and maintain trails and other site infrastructure
- Replace culverts to ensure proper water flow
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or a related field
- Valid driver's license (Quebec)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
