The Digital Commerce Strategist plays a pivotal role in XGEN AI's success, driving value and satisfaction for our clients. The ideal candidate is passionate about building strong relationships with clients and guiding them to leverage XGEN AI's SaaS solutions to achieve eCommerce success.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:
- Owning the overall relationship with assigned clients
- Ensuring Xgen AI drives value and that the value is perceived by the customer
- Establishing a trusted/strategic advisor relationship
- Increasing the usage of the Xgen AI platform
- Guaranteeing customer satisfaction
- Retaining customers and managing renewals
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop and manage relationships with cross-functional resources
