We are looking for a talented Copywriter to help craft, clear, engaging, and user-friendly content across our brands.


About the Role

We are looking for a UX Strategist to lead research, analyze user behavior, and provide data-driven insights that shape digital experiences. You will play a key role in optimizing websites, brand strategy, and content for maximum conversion and engagement. Working closely with our design team, you will conduct UX audits, competitive analysis, and user research, transforming insights into actionable design recommendations.


Key Responsibilities


User Research & Data Analysis

  • Conduct comprehensive client audits and competitive analysis for websites, brand strategy, and social media content.
  • Analyze user behavior and performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, LogRocket, and Crazy Egg.
  • Research and identify best practices for UX, SEO, email marketing, and e-commerce conversion.
  • Generate social media reports and website content recommendations that align with brand guidelines.

Strategy & Design Collaboration

  • Present UX findings and data-informed design recommendations to the design team.
  • Support the design team with content ideas and UX copy for conversion-optimized user experiences.
  • Work alongside designers and developers to ensure seamless implementation of UX improvements.

Client Engagement & Reporting

  • Present website data findings and design strategy to clients, providing clear insights and recommendations.
  • Contribute research and insights to slide decks and presentations for client meetings.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, user behavior patterns, and emerging digital best practices.

Requirements

  • Experience in UX strategy, research, or digital m

arketing.

Stron

  • g understanding of user behavior, analytics, and digital conversion strategies.
  • Proficiency in UX research tools such as Google Analytics, LogRocket, and Crazy Egg.
  • Experience with website audits, SEO analysis, and social media reporting.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both designers and clients.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience preparing client-facing reports and decks.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and email marketing best practices is a plus.
  • Must be a Canadian resident
