Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at TANDOORI INDIAN GRILL & LOUNGE. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment with a fast-paced atmosphere.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
